PDCA Approach in exam preparation UPSC/MPPSC/UPPCS/BPSC /NEET/MBBS/IIT/CDS/SSB

 PDCA  Plan - Do - Check- Act

       For preparation of any exam approach is very important any one can get success in exam but the only issue of right approach if you following than there is more chance to get success in compare to without approach.

   In Six Sigma we have approach to solve any complex issue which |PDCA  same we can implement in any exam to crack. Here i will try to explain how to use PDCA successfully.


 PLAN--   Plan your exam first which exam is your target before finalizing just check eligibility ( Educational requirement, Age Criteria, other basic requirement) if everything ok then proceed to check exam level (Go through previous year question paper check that first you can solve that question or not , If yes then its green signal to proceed. Also give an exam date deadline to your self ( like i will attempt 2024 ) without this your approach will be completely target less.

   Lets understand this with an example  

    1.  Examination Target-   CDS   ( Approach 1 complete)

     2. Check Education/Age/Physical Requirement -  Done

     3.  exam Syllabus ans previous year paper - To check your interest and present level.

    4. Then finalize your target date of exam   |( its important to create a path)

  DO-  Once everything is check then approach to finalize your preparation strategy either by choching or self study  (it will depend on your understanding level). Prepare and follow proper timetable.

 Check-  Check your preparation level at every stage through test series and mock test keep consistent with preparation level. Analyse your strength and keep focus on your target.

Act-  According to your preparation level proceed and do changes in preparation strategy it will continue until your final exam. Focus to get mark in mock test with a target mark (As per previous years cutt off mark)
